We want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your Babylist Shop purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and securely tape the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
